Physiotherapy

Using specialist techniques, Rebekah works to reduce adhesions, restore mobility in the surrounding tissues, and support healing. This personalised approach not only helps with the physical impact of scarring but can also improve confidence and body awareness as part of your wider recovery.
Pilates Classes
At Flex, we offer Pilates classes based on the modified or clinical Pilates method, making them safe, accessible, and effective for everyone. Whether you're a complete beginner, managing an injury, or a seasoned athlete. This approach allows us to tailor exercises to suit all abilities and needs, focusing on strength, control, and functional movement.
To ensure you get the most out of our classes, we require a free* and compulsory 1:1 assessment before joining. This allows us to understand your goals, screen for any injuries or limitations, and make sure our classes are the right fit for you.
*unattended free 1:1 assessments hold a 'did not attend* fee of £20.
1:1 or 2:1 Private Pilates Sessions
We provide both 1:1 and 2:1 private Pilates sessions with our Physiotherapist's, offering a personalised experience that ensures your goals, ability level, and any specific concerns are fully addressed.
